We are not a paid member of the PMA and this is a conscious choice. However, we condone and adhere to their industry guidelines for good practice and uphold their values for equality, diversity and inclusion within the industry.
We are keen to promote the removal of 'biases'. We don't always get it right but it is important that we at least attempt to forge ahead.
As such, this site has been developed to remove both gender and 'unconscious' biases.
By using 'gender neutral' language and colour scheme, we are aiming to present a group of talented individuals rooted in teamwork, communication and excellence.
